Chi Sau, or “Sticky Hands”, is one of the most important training methods within Wing Chun. It develops the ability to respond to pressure and movement through sensitivity, timing, reflexes and correct positioning.

This seminar is an opportunity to spend focused training time developing these essential skills under the guidance of Ching Mo Schools Manchester.

- Afternoon (1:00 – 4:00): Butterfly Knives (Baat Cham Dao)

A full and rewarding day covering both major Wing Chun weapons, including forms and practical training drills.
