From the foundations of training to the intricate techniques of the wooden dummy, our seminars are designed to challenge and inspire. And for all students, our grading day is your opportunity to demonstrate dedication and progress.

Saturday 12th – Wooden Dummy Seminar (Sections 1–4)
This seminar delves into the first four sections of the traditional Wooden Dummy (Muk Yan Jong) form. Participants will explore the purpose, mechanics, and application of each movement. Perfect for both beginners to the dummy and those looking to refine their technique.

Saturday 19th – Grading / Assessment Day
Students will be formally assessed on their progress and technique across all levels of the Ching Mo syllabus. Ensure all forms, drills, and theory are up to date in preparation for grading. This is your chance to demonstrate your development and move forward in your martial arts journey.

Saturday 29th – Wooden Dummy Seminar (Sections 5–7)
Continuing from the previous session, this seminar will cover the final sections of the Wooden Dummy form. Emphasis will be placed on integrating all seven sections into a fluid performance, alongside practical application drills. A must-attend event for those aiming for a complete understanding of the dummy form.
