Hand Forms, an integral part of our training curriculum, offer practitioners a chance to master precise movements, improve focus, and achieve physical and mental balance. Our training day is designed to provide a dedicated space for students to immerse themselves in the art of Hand Forms, under the guidance of Sifu Billy Davidson.

1. 1:30 PM - Siu Lim Tao: The afternoon kicks off with Siu Lim Tao, the foundational form of our art. This form focuses on developing the basics - from stance to precision in movement - cultivating the roots of your martial arts journey.
2. 2:30 PM - Chum Kiu: Following Siu Lim Tao, we dive into Chum Kiu, the second form in our sequence. This form introduces movement and shifting weight, enhancing your ability to transition smoothly between techniques and positions.
3. 3:30 PM - Biu Tze: The training day concludes with Biu Tze, an advanced form that refines your understanding of power generation and recovery. Biu Tze teaches techniques for recovering from compromised positions and turning defence into offense.
Throughout the training day, each form will be broken down step by step, ensuring that every participant can grasp the essence of these techniques. You will be guided through the forms, given insights, corrections, and tips to help you improve your execution and understanding
