Join us for a dedicated Ching Mo Weapons Training Day, focusing on two of the traditional weapons of the Wing Chun system.
The training day will be split into two focused sessions, giving students the opportunity to develop their understanding, technique and application of these important aspects of the system.
Session 1 — Long Pole
The first session will focus on the Wing Chun Long Pole (Luk Dim Boon Kwan).
Students will explore the traditional movements and training methods of the Long Pole, developing structure, coordination, power generation and control.
Session 2 — Butterfly Knives
The second session will focus on the Butterfly Knives (Baat Cham Do).

This session will introduce and develop the traditional Wing Chun knife training, exploring the movements and principles associated with this important part of the system.

Quote of the Month
- “Wing Chun teaches that true strength is not in meeting force with force, but in staying calm, adapting, and moving forward.”
- Within Ching Mo Schools, the art is not merely practised by the body, but preserved through Sum Faat — from the heart.
- When the heart is correct (Sum Faat), the Kung Fu is alive — this is the way taught at Ching Mo Schools.
