We are just a short time away from one of the most anticipated events on our calendar—the Ching Mo Schools Weapons Training Day!
|
|
Whether you are looking to refine your existing skills or are curious to pick up a weapon for the first time, this intensive training day is designed to sharpen your focus, improve your coordination, and deepen your understanding of traditional Wing Chun and Chinese Martial Arts weaponry.

- Date: Sunday 4th October
- Time: 10.00am - 1.00pm Pole - 1.00pm - 4.00pm Butterfly Knives
- Location: St Matthews Commuinty Centre, Chapel Lane, Stretford, Manchester M329AJ
- Focus: Intensive drills, forms, and applications of traditional weapons.
Why Attend?
Training with weapons is not just about the tool itself; it is a vital part of body conditioning. It improves your wrist strength, extension of energy (Fa Jing), and spatial awareness—all of which directly translate back into your empty-hand forms.
