Quote of the Month
|
- At Ching Mo Schools, Kung Fu is passed on with Sum Faat — training from the heart, guided by discipline, respect, and correct method.
- True Kung Fu at Ching Mo Schools is cultivated through Sum Faat: when the heart is sincere, the skill becomes genuine.
- Within Ching Mo Schools, the art is not merely practised by the body, but preserved through Sum Faat — from the heart.
- When the heart is correct (Sum Faat), the Kung Fu is alive — this is the way taught at Ching Mo Schools.
