Wing Chun School Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between [Wing Chun Schools] (“the school”) and the undersigned student (“Student”). By signing this Agreement, the Student agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Fees & Payment Terms

1.1. The student agrees to pay the agreed membership fees as set out in the selected payment plan.

1.2. Membership fees are due on the agreed-upon payment date each month. This date cannot be changed without prior approval.

1.3. The student must provide a minimum of two (2) month’s written notice:

  • during the 12-month contract
  • after the initial 12-month contract agreement has ended before cancelling membership or stopping payments.

1.4. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the student being liable for the next scheduled payment.

  1. Missed or Failed Payments

2.1. If a payment is missed without prior written agreement from the school, it will be considered a breach of this Agreement.

2.2. A missed payment will automatically result in the cancellation of the student’s membership and training privileges.

2.3. The school reserves the right to pursue any outstanding fees owed due to non-compliance with the required notice period.

2.4. If a student’s membership is cancelled due to missed payments, they must reinstate their membership prior to resuming training with the school.

  1. Payment Adjustments & Special Circumstances

3.1. If the Student anticipates financial difficulties or needs to temporarily pause their membership, they must notify the school in advance to seek an alternative arrangement for a specified period.

3.2. The school reserves the right to grant or deny such requests at its sole discretion.

  1. Terms and Conditions for Physical / Online Membership Forms

4.1. By submitting the online membership form, the student agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

4.2. The student must check the acknowledgment box confirming they have read and understood the terms before submission.

4.3. A copy of this Agreement will be made available to the student upon request.

By signing below, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement is legally binding upon signing and remains in effect as long as the student maintains an active membership with the school.
